Hassle free parking. Entrance is and easy find as you travel around the building. Take the parking ramp into the building and walk easily to the water tower

Used an online app to prepay for parking. Scanner was sensitive but eventually scanned my print out and we parked for quite a bit less than paying there.

I really like parking here when I visit 360 Chicago. I can get cheap parking through SpotHero app most of the time. And if I am not mistaken it is also heated which is pretty cool.

The box DOES NOT work when you first drive up, you'll know when you get there. Just keep driving forward down the ramp to the white garage door it will open automatically. Validate your parking at a good time dont wait until 7pm. Friendly employees. Enjoy the trip.

Easy! Had a reservation on SpotHero from 7:00pm to 11:00pm on a Monday night for $20. I drove in at 7:04pm and drove out at 10:50pm. I input my license plate number when I made the reservation and that and payment was all that was needed. The cameras read my plate and opened the gates seamlessly for me. There are 5 floors. I parked on floor 2B and there were tons of open spaces. Clear signs showed the way to elevators to get to the ground floor. The mall was closed so there was only a couple doors open on the ground level to access the building, but it is staffed and helped out. Parking here is open 24/7 which is very convenient. Best experience I've had parking downtown.
